Order Processing We process and pack orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Bangkok: 3–4 business days
  • Greater Bangkok & vicinity: 3–5 business days
  • Nationwide (Thailand): 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and public holidays.

Carriers We work with trusted carriers including Best, Flash Express, J&T Express, Kerry Express, Thailand Post, and DHL, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly shown on the website.

Returns You have the right to return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item(s) were purchased through our online store at astronut.com.th
  • The item(s) are unopened and in original condition
  • Products are securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened food products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. To register a return, please contact us.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
