Terms of Service

1. Orders

When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or verify that you entered the correct email address. Even without a confirmation email, your order may still have been processed.

2. Cancellation or Changing an Order

Since we aim to process and pack orders quickly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations, additions, or changes once an order has been submitted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders within Thailand and internationally from our warehouse in Bangkok. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Carriers

We work with reliable carriers including Best, Flash Express, J&T Express, Kerry Express, Thailand Post, and DHL, depending on the shipping destination.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PromptPay, bank transfer, and other options via Shopify Payments. We cannot accept payment methods other than those listed at checkout.

6. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of VAT at 7%. For international orders, local duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns

You have the right to return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns if:

• The item(s) were purchased through astronut.com.th
• The item(s) are unopened and in original condition
• Products are securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened food products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us to register a return.

8. Complaints

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within a reasonable time. We handle all complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

9. Allergen Information

Most Astronut products contain nuts and are not suitable for individuals with nut allergies. Some mixes are fruit-only and do not include nuts as an ingredient. However, all products are manufactured in facilities that also handle nuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of nuts, sesame, soy, or other allergens. Customers are responsible for reading product labels carefully before consumption.

10. Shelf Life and Storage

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed before the best-before date printed on the packaging. Astronut TH is not responsible for products stored incorrectly after delivery or consumed after the best-before date.

11. Product Variations

As our products are made from natural ingredients, variations in color, shape, or appearance may occur. Such variations do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

Astronut TH is not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, or missed opportunities. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law. Astronut TH is not liable for health issues resulting from misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions.

13. Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel an affected order.

14. Force Majeure

Astronut TH is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

15. Digital Communication

By completing a purchase, you agree that we may contact you via email with order updates and service information. Marketing emails will only be sent if you have actively opted in.
